RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
KIUPDRA accepts returns or exchanges on unworn, non-custom-made pieces within 14 days after the receipt of your order.
Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
To confirm the return or the exchange of the merchandise, photo has to be taken of the item you are willing to return or exchange on the same delivery day showing the problem or the default clearly. Once we receive the item, we inspect it, then we proceed to the next step.
Non-Refundable items:

- Final sale items
Refund is done in the original payment method and this takes few days for processing.
Our company is based in Egypt, and our pieces are 100% handcrafted by the hands of Egyptian artisans.
Kiupdra is not responsible for shipping charges on any returned or exchanged items. The customer is responsible for delivering back the items to Kiupdra safely and within 7 days of issuing the refund or the exchange, that has been done on the same day of the delivery.
